Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through diverse channels, including outreach calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Negotiate agreements and secure contracts, consistently meeting and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Effectively present and promote the company's products and services to both new and existing clientele.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, particularly with general contractors and builders.
  • Prior experience in selling insulation products and services is preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop, nurture, and sustain business relationships.
  • Strong attention to deadlines and detail.
