Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to foster professional development.
  • Guarantee the timely and precise preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Formulate operational enhancement strategies to achieve improved profit margins.
  • Establish and track performance indicators to measure success.
  • Project short-term and long-term cash flow needs and obligations.
  • Supervise daily cash management and accounting functions.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and legal advisors.
  • Oversee the budgeting process, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensure robust systems and internal controls are in place and maintained.
  • Address all tax and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Coordinate audit activities, including external audits and internal control assessments.
  • Implement and manage financial and administrative policies for continuous operational improvement.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Operations, General Managers, and Culinary Director to support department managers in achieving their financial goals.
