Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to foster professional development.
- Guarantee the timely and precise preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Formulate operational enhancement strategies to achieve improved profit margins.
- Establish and track performance indicators to measure success.
- Project short-term and long-term cash flow needs and obligations.
- Supervise daily cash management and accounting functions.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and legal advisors.
- Oversee the budgeting process, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure robust systems and internal controls are in place and maintained.
- Address all tax and regulatory compliance matters.
- Coordinate audit activities, including external audits and internal control assessments.
- Implement and manage financial and administrative policies for continuous operational improvement.
- Collaborate with the VP of Operations, General Managers, and Culinary Director to support department managers in achieving their financial goals.
