Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative for our Houston, TX location. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by generating new opportunities, qualifying prospects, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that expand our customer base and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the energy industry
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Competency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Knowledge of energy systems and related products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
