Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Growth Strategist to drive our business development initiatives at PowerPay. This role is pivotal in expanding our dealer network and enhancing our market presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesPRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Identify and engage potential dealers in designated regions with annual revenues exceeding $1M.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of Home Improvement prospects using our CRM system.
- Consistently exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure seamless integration of new dealers, transitioning day-to-day account management to the Account Management team post-training.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to connect with prospective dealers.
- Utilize analytical tools to enhance dealer performance proactively.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 5 years in a sales role.
- Self-motivated with a strong ambition to achieve top results.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Proficient in phone, email, web conferencing, and computer applications.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade exhibitions.
This position is based in an office setting, requiring extensive computer use and occasional business travel.
