Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Growth Strategist to drive our business development initiatives at PowerPay. This role is pivotal in expanding our dealer network and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Identify and engage potential dealers in designated regions with annual revenues exceeding $1M.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of Home Improvement prospects using our CRM system.
  • Consistently exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure seamless integration of new dealers, transitioning day-to-day account management to the Account Management team post-training.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to connect with prospective dealers.
  • Utilize analytical tools to enhance dealer performance proactively.
Qualifications

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a sales role.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ambition to achieve top results.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in phone, email, web conferencing, and computer applications.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade exhibitions.
Work Environment

This position is based in an office setting, requiring extensive computer use and occasional business travel.
