Role Summary: This role is pivotal in overseeing the agency relationships within the assigned territory, focusing on driving new business sales for both Personal and Commercial Lines. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multi-line sales opportunities through proactive outreach, including phone calls and virtual presentations.
  2. Collaborate with Field Territory Sales Managers to enhance agency relationships and provide necessary resources for sales support.
  3. Support the objectives of each Profit Center, engaging with team members to assist in planning and execution.
  4. Drive new business activity and ensure agents maintain quality books of business, focusing on production and profitability.
  5. Work alongside Field Territory Sales Managers to develop and implement a Territory Sales Plan.
  6. Facilitate training for agencies and new hires on products, procedures, and systems.
  7. Utilize CRM tools effectively, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  8. Conduct a required number of sales calls, employing a consultative sales approach.
  9. Analyze agency performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  10. Communicate the value proposition of the Enterprise across all business lines.

Qualifications:

We seek candidates with a proven sales background and a strong phone presence. A Bachelor's degree and prior experience in the insurance sector are preferred, although equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Proficiency in CRM software and corporate productivity tools is essential, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
