Position Overview
We are seeking a Brand Strategist to join our Nutrition team. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies for our Protality brand, targeting healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing strategy for the Protality brand, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with Consumer Marketing Teams to integrate strategies and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for direct outreach to healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage financial forecasts and budget allocations for the Protality brand.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities to drive growth and increase brand recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical, and Regulatory Affairs, to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the healthcare or food and beverage sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop effective marketing plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
