Position Summary

The role involves working closely with Michael Garcia, an independent contractor agent for State Farm, to promote and market various insurance products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality service delivery to our valued clients.


Qualifications

Prior experience in marketing and customer service is preferred. Familiarity with common software applications, particularly Excel and Word, is essential. A solid understanding of personal lines insurance products is advantageous.

Training Requirements

Completion of all necessary company, state, and federal licensing requirements to market and service designated State Farm products is mandatory. Ongoing compliance with licensing standards is also required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the agency's marketing strategy and oversee direct mail initiatives as directed by the agent.
  • Engage with prospects and existing policyholders to schedule insurance financial review appointments.
  • Conduct needs-based assessments in a professional setting, utilizing technology to support the process.
  • Achieve marketing objectives established by the agent.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, leveraging these interactions to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Update customer information in the agency's database as instructed by the agent.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the agent.
