About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our team at USG Insurance Services. As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand various insurance transactions, including audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and return premium requests.
  • Annotate and prepare transactions within various workflows, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Initiate ImageRight tasks from emails within various workflows, streamlining our financial processes.
  • Follow up with agents and sales teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and transactions.
  • Work on the weekly Collection Action Report (CAR) to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Requirements
  • High volume email and/or ImageRight task flow experience.
  • 2-3 years of Accounting experience, including invoicing and data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to be cross-trained in various workflows and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collection experience and Property Insurance transaction experience are highly desirable.
  • Flexible and focused to work in-office or remote, with proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
  • Customer service mindset and focus on delivering exceptional results.
