Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Financial Manager to oversee and ensure the precision of our financial platform. The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing robust compliance measures and managing essential controls to support our financial objectives.

The Automotive Financial Manager will be responsible for maintaining fixed asset schedules in alignment with corresponding general ledger accounts, collaborating closely with Controllers to ensure consistent and timely completion of assignments, and preparing requested reports for management and department heads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date fixed asset schedules
  • Collaborate with Controllers to ensure timely completion of assignments
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management and department heads
  • Review and maintain accounting schedules on a monthly basis
  • Oversee review and reconciliation of monthly account statements
  • Provide recommendations for enhancing office operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular meetings with company managers to review expenses and outstanding contracts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a controller in automotive dealerships
  • Preferably experienced with CDK DMS system, including Payroll Plus and PayCom
