Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for students looking to gain valuable work experience in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the dealership's financial services team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and documents as assigned.
  • Customer Service: Direct calls to the appropriate department or person, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a positive reputation for Hendrick Automotive Group.
  • Filing and Office Operations: Perform filing and operate office machines, maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
  • CSI Standards: Maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) at or above Company standards, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Training and Development: Participate in required training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry best practices.
  • Timekeeping and Safety: Record hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system and observe all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations.

Benefits and Compensation:

Hendrick Automotive Group offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
