Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for students looking to gain valuable work experience in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the dealership's financial services team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and documents as assigned.
- Customer Service: Direct calls to the appropriate department or person, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a positive reputation for Hendrick Automotive Group.
- Filing and Office Operations: Perform filing and operate office machines, maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
- CSI Standards: Maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) at or above Company standards, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Training and Development: Participate in required training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry best practices.
- Timekeeping and Safety: Record hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system and observe all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with medical conditions to perform the essential functions.
Benefits and Compensation:Hendrick Automotive Group offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
