Job Summary:

The Real Estate Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial modeling and analysis related to current and future real estate projects. This individual will review and analyze project budgets and work with the corporate real estate department to track all project expenses. They will also work with our corporate accounting team to ensure the expenses are capitalized correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial projections and other analysis used to evaluate real estate opportunities and investments in current properties

• Provide support to the corporate real estate department to track project budgets and ensure expenditures are posted timely in our project database system (Projecto)

• Provide support to corporate accounting department to ensure projects are capitalized correctly

• Participate in regular meetings to discuss the status of all real estate projects

• Produce summarized reports showing the investment in each property

• Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis with a focus on real estate

• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access

• Experience with Projecto or another project database system a plus
