Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial modeling and analysis related to current and future real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial projections and analysis to evaluate real estate opportunities and investments in current properties.
  • Provide support to the corporate real estate department to track project budgets and ensure expenditures are posted timely in our project database system.
  • Collaborate with the corporate accounting department to ensure projects are capitalized correctly.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss the status of all real estate projects.
  • Produce summarized reports showing the investment in each property.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed.

Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis with a focus on real estate.

Preferred Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Experience with project database systems and presentation tools is a plus.
