Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage and service small business accounts, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer comments and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our business, collaborating with Business Development Managers and Producers to recommend best offerings to customers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as new business and renewal submissions, coverage review and analysis, proposals, policy changes, and review and timely delivery of policy documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree and 3-year relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • License: Property & Casualty Broker's license and/or Life, Accident, and Health license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • Skills: Demonstrated excellent verbal and business writing skills, ability to effectively handle diverse customers, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers.
  • Stationary Work: Stationary 75% of time or greater.
  • Physical Demands: Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs.
