Operations Manager Hardware

About the Role
BusRight is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Director to lead our hardware supply chain efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for spearheading customer hardware integration, ensuring seamless device operations, and overseeing hardware fulfillment and troubleshooting.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Managing post-negotiated procurement and inventory forecasting.
- Executing all hardware troubleshooting internally and externally.
- Owning order fulfillment and device deployments.
- Administrating updates across our fleet of thousands of devices.
- Collaborating with our product team to explore new hardware and services.
- Deploying new hardware products end-to-end.
- Developing partnerships with 3rd party mechanics.
- Coordinating supply-chain for company-wide projects.
Requirements:
- Currently living in or willing to locate to Austin, TX.
- 4+ years of experience managing technically advanced hardware and navigating complex manufacturing supply chain environments.
- Knowledgeable about or eager to learn about mobile device management, asset management, and electrical requirements.
- Fluent with Google Suite, specifically Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with hands-on attention and learning on the fly.
- Thriving in flexible, evolving environments.
- Engineering or computer science degree and/or worked at a VC-backed company.
- Strong sense of urgency and prioritization.
