The Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Principal Systems Development Engineer to join our dynamic design team designing and debugging the next generation AI and Power Edge Server hardware. As a technical leader, you will drive continuous development and enhancements on AI and PE Server Hardware platforms, enabling other engineers through knowledge sharing and mentoring. You will also lead other engineering development and validation functions to debug critical design issues and design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.

This is a challenging role that requires a strong technical background in X86-architecture based system design and development as well as High speed PCB schematic, layout design. Experience debugging system level issues and familiarity with Hardware-Software interaction, DDR, PCIe, UPI, SAS/SATA protocols, and high-speed bus interface design are essential. Creating Specifications / Design guides and familiarity with CPLD or FPGA design and debug are desirable skills.
