Become a key player in BusRight's mission to revolutionize the school bus industry by joining our team as an Operations Manager. As a leader in hardware and supply chain operations, you will play a critical role in empowering communities across the nation with innovative solutions.

We're looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in managing technically advanced hardware and navigating complex manufacturing supply chain environments. If you have a strong background in mobile device management, asset management, and electrical requirements, and are proficient in Google Suite, specifically Google Sheets, we'd love to hear from you

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage post-negotiated procurement and inventory forecasting, building deep relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and data providers.
  2. Execute all hardware troubleshooting internally and externally to minimize customer downtime.
  3. Own order fulfillment and device deployments in collaboration with our third-party logistics provider.

Your Requirements:

  • Austin, TX based or willing to relocate.
  • 4+ years of experience in managing technically advanced hardware and navigating complex manufacturing supply chain environments.
  • Strong background in mobile device management, asset management, and electrical requirements.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, specifically Google Sheets.
  • $125,000 per annum salary.
