At Meta, we're seeking a skilled Hardware Integration Specialist to join our team. This role involves leading the integration of new hardware platforms into our data centers, ensuring seamless operation and scalability. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in hardware development, system administration, or engineering, with expertise in ASIC, compute, storage & network architecture and components. They'll lead new product introduction processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop test plans for operational integration of future AI/ML, compute, storage, and networking products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead new product introduction and associated processes for successful launch of new hardware platforms into our data centers globally.
  • Partner with cross-functional development partners to become conversant in Meta's AI/ML, compute, storage, and networking infrastructure roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Production Engineers, Hardware Validation Engineers, Tooling Automation Engineers, and Data Center Operations Engineers to build thorough test strategies and test plans.

This is a full-time position that requires 15% domestic and/or international travel to Meta Data Centers/offices. We offer a competitive salary range of $170,000/year to $240,000/year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
