Hardware Developer Position

We're seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team and help drive the development of our water management platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing and implementing hardware changes to collaborating with the team to solve complex technical challenges.

The RoleAs a Hardware Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining embedded firmware, designing and implementing multi-threaded systems, and collaborating with the team to identify and solve technical challenges. You'll have the opportunity to work with TI MCUs, FreeRTOS, and wireless systems, including cellular connectivity. We're looking for a self-starter with a passion for hardware troubleshooting and sustainability who can contribute to solving complex problems in embedded systems.
Requirements and Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience in hardware development and proficiency in C and Embedded C
- Demonstrated knowledge of multi-threaded design principles
- Familiarity with source code control tools like SVN, Bitbucket, or Git
- Experience with legacy implementation support
- A technology-focused bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Understanding of firmware practices, including PWM, UART, SPI, and low-power techniques
- Background in electrical engineering or related field
- Competitive salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
