Aston Carter is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact in our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including taking phone calls, greeting visitors, and preparing correspondence.
  • Represent the organization with utmost professionalism and effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing documents, maintaining office supply inventory, and managing mail and shipments.
  • Provide front desk support and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Submit expense reports and assist with event management preparations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of proven administrative experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Medical administrative experience is a plus.
