The Administrative Analyst position is responsible for performing analytical duties in support of the Legal Office attorneys, Staff Services Manager I, and other stakeholders. The incumbent assists with all phases of administrative adjudication of regulatory enforcement cases and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinates, analyzes, and identifies notable issues when reviewing, compiling, and processing documents related to litigation, the Public Records Act, and other legal matters.
- Interacts with personnel on various issues, summarizes research, documents, and cites materials reviewed, and prepares recommendations.
- Performs tasks in document retention, human resources, contracting, and training.
- Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment.
- Eligibility information: If new to California state service, you will need to have taken and passed the examination for this classification in order to be hired for this position.
