Job Summary

As an Administrative Coordinator for Research and Education Policy Development, you will provide administrative support to management and departmental staff, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and departmental staff, including coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies.
  • Coordinate and maintain multiple calendars and schedules, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among team members.
  • Prepare and process reports, forms, and records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in business administration, management, finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Three years of progressive, responsible administrative experience, preferably in education, legislative, or non-profit settings.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
