Customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary
The Customer Readiness Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the store is 100% customer ready. This includes delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors, and adhering to and enforcing all company programs, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply liquid gold to trash cans to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Pressure wash the car wash and clean out drain and trough areas to prevent clogs
- Pressure wash sidewalks, parking spots, and under canopy as needed to ensure a clean and safe exterior
- Detail and clean mulch areas, rock beds, and retention ponds to maintain a visually appealing store exterior
- Clean and pressure wash the dumpster area to prevent odors and pests
- Clean Ice machines and propane cages to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect the canopy, security cameras, and lighting to ensure they are in good working condition
- Inspect the exterior of the store for any property damage or issues
- Detail clean the gondola shelving by removing all product and wiping clean to maintain a clean and organized store
- Deep clean the restrooms by cleaning light fixtures, urinals, toilets, walls, hand blowers, sinks, vents, and replenishing all supplies to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
- Beverage and beer coolers; detail clean floors, under racks, door ledges, cooling vents, and racks to maintain a clean and organized store
- Stock front and face both beer cooler to ensure a visually appealing store
- Clean the pumps and trashcans to prevent odors and pests
- Replenish the windshield fluid and blue towels to ensure a well-stocked store
