About the Role

Voya Financial is seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical, navigational, and administrative assistance to our Health Plan customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance, or product application or compatibility matters.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and expertise to respond to daily customer-centric activities.
  • Troubleshoot problems with software applications and recommend corrective action.
  • Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, account management, or technical customer support-related roles.
  • Industry knowledge and experience in Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, or Healthcare is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, HTML, basic SQL, or report creation experience is desired.
