Customer Experience Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Oracle. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for formulating and leading presales technical/functional support activities to prospective clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise and support to sales teams, customers, and prospects to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle's CX suite of products, including marketing, sales, and service solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies, aligning with customer needs and Oracle's business objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor less experienced sales consultants on standardized processes, systems, and work tools.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a pre-sales, practitioner, or consulting role, with a proven track record of success in solving problems and generating positive customer outcomes.
- Background: Strong background in enterprise business applications, with expertise in CX-related technologies (marketing, sales, and service).
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft and deliver presentations and demonstrations to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or computer science.
- Technical Background: Hands-on technical background working with data (databases, APIs, etc.).
- Client-Facing Experience: Client-facing consulting background, with experience in developing and delivering presentations and demonstrations.
- Data and Analytics: Demonstrated understanding of data and analytics, with experience in working with data to drive business outcomes.
- CX Background: Customer experience (CX) background, with experience in working with CX-related technologies (CPQ, incentive compensation, subscription management, and/or partner relationship management).
