Key Responsibilities:
- Aderant Specialist: Utilize your extensive knowledge of Aderant to configure, customize, troubleshoot, and maintain the system, ensuring optimal support for client accounting.
- Proactively resolve time and billing discrepancies by collaborating with vendors and internal teams to diagnose and address issues.
- Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders, transforming it into actionable insights to improve Aderant's functionality.
- Create and implement test scripts for system upgrades and new features, ensuring a smooth transition for users.
- Work alongside developers to create informative client accounting dashboards that enhance data visualization and support decision-making.
- Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of billing compliance rules to ensure accurate client invoicing.
- Act as a liaison between the internal team and the Aderant vendor, facilitating template updates and troubleshooting efforts.
- Manage year-end collections tools and maintain inventory accuracy to ensure consistent financial processes.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly time reports to optimize time entry and minimize data discrepancies.
- Oversee the efficient import of daily time entries to maintain a smooth data flow.
Qualifications:
- Aderant Expertise: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in legal billing and systems support with Aderant in a legal context, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of its functionalities.
- Strong knowledge of legal billing principles, enabling effective data analysis and report interpretation.
- Adept at navigating fast-paced environments, utilizing logical reasoning and creativity to solve complex challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for clear explanations of technical concepts to various stakeholders.
