Hantover Inc. is a leading industrial distribution company seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our field sales team. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance customer relationships and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of territory sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure the team achieves its sales targets.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor, coach, and oversee the performance of territory sales representatives, conducting training sessions to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement.
  • Business Development: Cultivate relationships with key customers to maintain and expand the company's market share, driving new business by identifying potential leads and converting them into long-term partners.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Understand and cater to the individual needs of each client to provide tailored solutions, working with key accounts to ensure customer concerns and inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Strategy and Planning: Analyze current market trends and forecast future market conditions, developing and implementing strategic sales plans in alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial distribution sales with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the industrial distribution landscape and customer needs, proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, excellent mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
