Senior Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at North Pacific Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating hotel room sales across all market segments, focusing on group business and negotiated volume accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure new business and retain existing accounts.
  • Sales Process Management: Provide quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage the entire sales process to ensure seamless execution of group events.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop strategies to maximize sales.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Team Support: Support and train sales staff as needed to ensure the team is equipped to meet sales targets.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in hotel sales, particularly in group business and NVA management.
  • Skillset: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in sales management software and MS Office suite.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
