Job Title: Sales Manager

At SPX, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure sales team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales leadership experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
