At SPX, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure sales team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Proven sales leadership experience with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
