Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Experiential and Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our team at PNC. As a key member of our Linga organization, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events that promote our brand, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, product launches, corporate meetings, and other promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure all expenses are tracked and within budget.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, product display, and accommodation.
  • Oversee the execution of events from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage attendee experience, including registration processes, responding to inquiries, and providing on-site support.
  • Analyze data and provide reports and advice on event effectiveness.
  • Ensure events comply with regulations and standards, and identify and mitigate risks.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices, and propose and implement activities to enhance event effectiveness.
Requirements
  • University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and ability to implement established programs/initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
