Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer-facing operations role, ideally gained within a vertical software solutions market.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with highly developed negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability and willingness to foster innovative ideas and solutions, with a demonstrated high degree of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Organizational Agility: Demonstrated organizational agility skills, resulting in strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties to best deliver against corporate goals.
  • Education: A university degree or equivalent in a relevant management, business, and/or information technology discipline, or comparable work experience.
