Job Title: Construction Project Manager

DCOMM, INC is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in Northeast Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing construction teams and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.
  • Manage and lead construction crews, providing clear direction and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure all work adheres to DCOMM's quality standards and local building regulations.
  • Ensure all field operations comply with OSHA and company safety standards to create a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Maintain detailed reports on project progress, including timelines, expenses, and any challenges encountered.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in telecommunications, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining project timelines.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus.
