Job Description

The Symmetry Financial: Gray Agency is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to lead our team in a remote office. This individual will be responsible for managing critical business accounts, fostering positive relationships with clients, and addressing their concerns.

The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, business development, and customer relationship building. They will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales quotas, while ensuring client satisfaction and engagement with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits, and oversee customer account management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales quotas, while maintaining client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Client Delivery: Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software preferred.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Some travel required for this role.
