Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Menus and Venues. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service in our dining rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide warm and sincere interactions with every customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Order Taking and Payment Processing: Accurately and efficiently process customer orders and payments, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that products are always available and of the highest quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, providing clear and concise information and feedback.
Requirements
