Host Ambassador

We're seeking a charismatic and attentive Host Ambassador to join our team at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. As a Host Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage reservations and seating, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests.
- Accurately handle paperwork, stock, and maintain the host stand to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Receive incoming calls, book reservations, and take room service orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor the floor and tables for accuracy and cleanliness, assisting in bussing tables and maintaining a high level of service.
- Support servers by refilling beverages and performing other restaurant and customer service-related requests.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn the restaurant point-of-sale system and reservation system.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
- Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
- Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays when needed.
