Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Game Ambassador to join our team. As a Game Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring a fun and engaging environment, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: Provide top-notch service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a Fun and Engaging Environment: Create a lively and entertaining atmosphere, promoting a positive and inclusive experience for all guests.
  • Promote Brand Values: Embody the Puttshack USA Inc. brand values, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for all guests.
  • Assist with Game Play: Assist guests with game play, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Comply with Safety and Sanitation Guidelines: Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Work as a Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Essential Functions
  • Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Safe and Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and colleagues, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Stand and walk for extended periods, move safely through all areas of the venue, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Multitasking and Problem-Solving: Multitask calmly and effectively in a busy and stressful environment, resolving issues and concerns in a professional manner.
