  • Process Payments: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely guest checks, process payments using the POS system, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain a Clean Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including setting up and breaking down tables, to ensure a safe and healthy dining experience.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other team members, such as kitchen staff and hosts/hostesses, to provide a seamless dining experience and meet guest expectations.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety Standards: Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation, to ensure a safe and healthy dining environment.
  • Handle Guest Feedback: Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous 5 years of serving experience in a premium service restaurant.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, ability to multitask, knowledge of food and beverage service standards, knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems, and basic math skills for accurate order processing and bill calculations.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge: Solid knowledge of wine and spirits.
