About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Ambassador to join our team at Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as an advocate for the hotel, promoting our brand and values to our guests and colleagues.
  • Develop relationships with guests to ensure their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge in housekeeping and customer service.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and great intuition.
  • A genuine care for the safety and security of our guests.
