**Job Summary**

Chrono Toys Inc, a leading retail company specializing in collectibles and toys, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Part Time Manager/Team Lead to oversee our retail operations. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a positive work environment with the help of your Store Manager and management team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Works directly under the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Responsible for opening and closing store procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
  • Performs Store Manager and Assistant Manager duties in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
  • Trains, evaluates, and develops staff on loss prevention measures and superior customer service techniques to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Supervises a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Fosters a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration among employees.
  • Adjusts daily agendas for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Develops a deep understanding of our products and clientele to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Tracks weekly results and trends to inform business forecasting and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develops and implements strategies to increase sales and improve profitability, aligning with company goals.
  • Assists in merchandising procedures to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Handles customer complaints and ensures that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner, maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Maintains store standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.

**Requirements:**

  • 1+ year of management experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and improve profitability, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Pop-culture and trend awareness, with a passion for collectibles and toys.
