Key Responsibilities
Maximizing Sales and Store Profitability

Utilize provided business tools and sound personal judgment to drive and exceed sales and profit targets.

Monitor store KPIs, identifying opportunities and risks, supported by a clear action plan.

Collaborate with the line manager on action plans derived from store performance evaluations.

Work with the line manager to identify opportunities during key trading periods.

Assist the line manager in overseeing store expenditures and budget management, ensuring staffing aligns with business needs.


Delivering Operational Excellence

Maintain a disciplined culture focused on flawless execution of processes, procedures, and initiatives, including consistent adherence to presentation standards in-store.

Implement and manage audit and loss prevention measures, ensuring full compliance in all areas, including inventory and cash management.

Complete online Health and Safety assessments and take necessary actions to ensure compliance and a safe working environment for all.

Ensure that operations, processes, and systems in-store are effectively implemented and regularly reviewed for smooth functioning and timely issue resolution.

Escalate issues to the appropriate team promptly when necessary.


Delivering Exceptional Customer Engagement

Empower a team of brand ambassadors who excel at delivering outstanding service by embodying the values and demonstrating how to cultivate a customer-centric culture.

Engage with the Global Retail Mystery Shop program, utilizing results to recognize strengths and share best practices while identifying skill gaps and training needs.

Execute in-store marketing initiatives and adhere to the monthly visual merchandising plan.

Stay updated on current trends and contribute to the weekly market analysis.

Proactively understand and anticipate consumer needs, going above and beyond to delight customers.


Creating an Inspiring Workplace

Support a shared vision by communicating clear objectives and fostering a positive work environment through established goals.

Develop skills and capabilities within the store team, maintaining a culture of continuous learning and empowerment.

Assist the store team in achieving personal development objectives.

Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with constructive feedback, utilizing a coaching approach to guide team performance.

Support the recruitment of passionate individuals who will enhance the team and embody the brand values.

Collaborate with the line manager to address performance issues promptly, leveraging support from relevant stakeholders when necessary.


Working Relationships

Build positive working relationships and exceed expectations with both internal and external contacts, including retail teams, HR, finance, supply chain, marketing, and customers.


Qualifications and Experience Required

Demonstrated management experience within a retail environment is preferred, along with a genuine passion for the retail industry.

Proven ability to contribute to the management of high-performing teams, including understanding talent development, succession planning, and recruitment processes.

Strong numerical, analytical, and IT skills.

A highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
