Maximizing Sales and Store Profitability

Delivering Exceptional Customer Engagement
Empower a team of brand ambassadors who excel at delivering outstanding service by embodying the values and demonstrating how to cultivate a customer-centric culture.
Engage with the Global Retail Mystery Shop program, utilizing results to recognize strengths and share best practices while identifying skill gaps and training needs.
Execute in-store marketing initiatives and adhere to the monthly visual merchandising plan.
Stay updated on current trends and contribute to the weekly market analysis.
Proactively understand and anticipate consumer needs, going above and beyond to delight customers.
Creating an Inspiring Workplace
Support a shared vision by communicating clear objectives and fostering a positive work environment through established goals.
Develop skills and capabilities within the store team, maintaining a culture of continuous learning and empowerment.
Assist the store team in achieving personal development objectives.
Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with constructive feedback, utilizing a coaching approach to guide team performance.

Qualifications and Experience Required
Demonstrated management experience within a retail environment is preferred, along with a genuine passion for the retail industry.
