Position Overview: As the Employee Benefits and Relations Manager at BayOne Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the comprehensive employee benefits programs and fostering positive employee relations within the organization. Your role will be crucial in designing, implementing, and administering competitive benefits packages tailored for our workforce. You will also ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and regulations while promoting a harmonious workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Management of Employee Benefits:
  2. Formulate and execute strategies to improve employee benefits offerings.
  3. Collaborate with HR teams and external partners to create and manage effective benefits packages.
  4. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and industry practices in benefits administration.
  5. Evaluate benefit utilization and financial data to assess program success and suggest enhancements.
  6. Employee Relations:
  7. Act as a resource for employees regarding workplace concerns and disputes.
  8. Provide support to management and staff on employee relations issues, including disciplinary measures and performance management.
  9. Establish and implement policies to enhance employee relations and engagement.
  10. Stay informed on labor laws and proactively address compliance matters.
  11. Compliance and Reporting:
  12. Guarantee that all benefits programs and employee relations practices meet federal, state, and local regulations.
  13. Maintain precise records and documentation related to benefits and employee relations activities.
  14. Communication:
  15. Create and disseminate employee communications, including benefits enrollment guides and policy updates.
  16. Engage with employees, vendors, and agencies for various administrative tasks.
  17. Encourage open communication channels to build trust and transparency between staff and management.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in benefits administration or employee relations, particularly within the Americas.
  • In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health care and retirement plans.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements in the Americas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a proactive approach.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis to support decision-making.
