Job Summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA, Inc.) is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Contract Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing clinical trial agreements, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate clinical trial agreements, including Master Service Agreements, Work Orders, and Clinical Trial Agreements.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with US and ex-US institutions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Contract Administration: Track, maintain, and update assigned contract information within the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and other tracking tools.
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with Supplier Relationship Manager to establish Master Services Agreement (MSA) for as many suppliers as possible.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or industry-related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of contract drafting, negotiation, and finalizing experience within the Diagnostics and/or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills: Strong contract management skills, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or industry-related field.
  • Experience: 4 years of clinical trial experience.
