Key Responsibilities:
- Practice self-development and promote learning in others
- Complete work assignments and contribute to business-specific projects
- Conduct Union relations activities and initiatives by collaborating with Union officials
- Negotiate, implement, and administer collective bargaining and labor agreements
- Support the development and implementation of Regions and National Labor Relations strategy
- Manage and integrate case handling and resolution of grievances
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in human resources, labor relations, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two (2) years experience in labor grievance and arbitration procedures
- One (1) year experience as a chief negotiator of labor agreements
