Client Relations Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing client interactions and ensuring a positive experience for all members.
Job Summary:
This position is a contract opportunity. The successful candidate will initially undergo training onsite before transitioning to a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the organization's complaint and grievance processes effectively.
2. Conduct thorough investigations into client issues, ensuring accurate documentation of all relevant data.
3. Identify and address specialized cases, following established protocols.
4. Communicate effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, managers, and healthcare professionals to resolve issues promptly.
6. Research and address complaints filed by clients, providing clear communication regarding decisions made.
7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies while processing grievances.
8. Maintain a high level of quality in work output, particularly in managing sensitive client matters.
9. Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of cases.
- Knowledge of grievance and appeals processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is advantageous.
Work Environment:
This role offers the flexibility of remote work following initial training, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.
