About the Team
The Global Workplace Safety (GWS) team is dedicated to safeguarding our employees, brand, and assets. Our members play a crucial role in managing health and safety, physical security operations, and technology related to security.
About the Role

As a member of the Global Workplace Safety team, you will assist in the development and management of Employee Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation, management, and execution of Global EHS programs, training sessions, and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations by monitoring existing and emerging legislation, interpreting standards, and advising leadership on necessary actions.
  • Support emergency preparedness through building evacuation drills and incident response.
  • Conduct thorough incident investigations and maintain documentation.
  • Manage injury and illness recordkeeping logs.
  • Perform safety inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
  • Coordinate Life Safety Team meetings and training sessions.
  • Oversee the inspection and supply management of first aid kits and emergency preparedness resources.
  • Maintain internal safety and emergency information resources.
  • Conduct ergonomic assessments and ensure proper documentation.
  • Engage with internal and external partners, including managing vendor relationships.
  • Support the Global Workplace Safety Team with additional employee health and safety initiatives.
About YouBasic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Studies/Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in EHS.
Other Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of EHS laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability for off-hour on-call support as needed.
  • High ethical standards with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in using computer applications, including Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office, and G Suite.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary ranges for this role vary based on location and experience. As part of the total compensation package, this position may be eligible for bonuses and stock grants.
