We are looking for a driven and skilled Sales Consultant to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you will focus on boosting sales and cultivating robust customer relationships.

Work Schedule:

  • Maximum of 40 hours per week, with any overtime requiring prior approval.
  • Adherence to scheduled hours is expected, with any concerns communicated in advance.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly social media engagements as per the calendar
  • Understand and apply all sales promotions consistently
  • Dedicate time to making calls using designated reports and scripts
  • Follow the established sales process for lead generation and customer interaction
  • Ensure accurate understanding and explanation of rental agreements and orders
  • Plan and organize delivery schedules effectively
  • Communicate clearly with team members and customers
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry and sales processing
  • Enhance customer loyalty through unique experiences aligned with our core values
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with company standards

Administrative Duties:

  • Follow up on claims and process payments accurately
  • Maintain proper record retention and filing systems
  • Communicate with vendors as necessary

Organizational Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace
  • Conduct regular inspections of company vehicles
