The Opportunity:

As a customer-facing Immunization Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting key brands to Pediatrics, Integrated Delivery Networks, and Public Health accounts. This position is field-based and remote within the designated territory.

Reporting Structure:
In this role, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will be tasked with:

  • Building a diverse group of significant accounts across various customer segments.
  • Engaging potential clients and negotiating product formulary acceptance.
  • Securing contract commitments for CSL Seqirus products.
  • Driving sales of the flu portfolio in key accounts, including Pediatrics, IDNs, FQHCs, and both independent and corporate-owned healthcare providers.
  • Creating tailored value-added programs for each account by understanding customer needs and aligning brand resources to meet established objectives while exemplifying CSL Seqirus values.
  • Collaborating closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers to prioritize key accounts and lead strategic initiatives set by the commercial organization.
  • Identifying and creating opportunities for sales growth in designated segments.
  • Conducting regular collaborative meetings with your team to execute tactical plans established by sales and marketing.

Additionally, you will:

  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues in Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Customer Service to support field efforts aimed at business growth.
  • Engage in some overnight travel as required.

The Role:
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing a plan to achieve CSL Seqirus brand objectives and identifying new opportunities with significant accounts.

Key tasks will involve:

  • Analyzing the short-term and long-term goals of accounts to enhance sales and facilitate the implementation of company products and services in alignment with provider objectives.
  • Organizing meetings with customers to discuss product information and treatment protocols.
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with established clients to ensure agreement and lay the groundwork for new business.
  • Developing customer routing, strategic key account business plans, and daily pre-call plans for effective customer engagement.
  • Representing the Seqirus Customer Experience vision both internally and externally; acting as the voice of the customer to enhance team knowledge on customer challenges; and devising business solutions that strengthen partnerships within Seqirus primary channels.

Your Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, B2B, or relevant healthcare/clinical education.
  • Proven ability to establish communication and engagement with customers, emphasizing scientific knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings as necessary.
  • Business title will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience.
