Position Summary:

The Inventory Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role within the store leadership team. This position requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with team members regarding all inventory-related activities. You will collaborate closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance the experience for both staff and customers while meeting the operational needs of the business. As the leader of the inventory management program, you will oversee all tasks associated with inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance Back-of-House Operations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, team members, and customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure exceptional service for every customer.
  • Maintain an organized and navigable back room.
  • Oversee daily destocking and restocking processes.
  • Ensure the back-of-house area remains orderly and efficient.

Operational Excellence:

  • Participate in monthly inventory meetings.
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts.
  • Facilitate store-to-store transfers.
  • Manage weekly manual restocks to guarantee full inventory on the sales floor.
  • Ensure timely receipt and processing of all shipments, following up with management as necessary.
  • Identify and promptly communicate any product-related issues.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to work at least one weekend day and some holidays.
  • Punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts are essential.
  • Ability to foster relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proactive and positive approach to resolving customer concerns.
  • Capability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Quick learner of new procedures and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of accountability, ownership, and initiative.
  • Willingness to develop new skills and responsiveness to feedback.
Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00/hr + team-based commission
