Admiral Security Services is in search of a seasoned Operations Supervisor with a proven track record in overseeing multiple facilities and leading teams of supervisors and account managers. Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between Admiral and client representatives.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to account management.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met effectively.
  • Inspire and develop site-level leadership teams to achieve optimal performance.
  • Oversee financial performance by preparing and analyzing payroll and billing reports, identifying trends, and implementing necessary improvements to ensure profitability.
  • Enhance employee retention through open communication, prompt issue resolution, effective training, and mentorship.
  • Guarantee that all employees receive training in line with Admiral Standards and licensing requirements.
  • Ensure all employees maintain valid security-related licenses and renew them as required.
  • Address disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and collaborate with HR on serious complaints.
  • Foster productive relationships with corporate teams, field employees, clients, and community organizations.
  • Maintain and update post orders and related documents as per company standards.
  • Ensure proper use and upkeep of all equipment utilized at job sites.
  • Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Submit weekly operational reports.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients and employees.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients.
  • Perform monthly site visits as determined by company policy.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks for efficient management.
  • Implement quality assurance initiatives within the region.
  • Adhere to the company’s safety protocols.
  • Promote Admiral’s brand as a trusted resource for clients.
  • Establish relationships with local law enforcement in areas where job sites are located.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and provide value-added services to clients.
  • Assist in business development efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing security operations is preferred; military, law enforcement, or customer service management experience may be considered.
  • Must be available on-call 24/7.
  • Complete all required training successfully.
  • Possess a reliable vehicle.
  • Pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle records check, and drug test as per applicable laws.
  • Internal candidates must have a strong performance and attendance record with no disciplinary actions within the past year.
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to adapt positively to change.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
