Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties:
  • Serve as the main point of contact between Admiral and client representatives.
  • Adopt a proactive strategy for account management.
  • Ensure successful fulfillment of contract obligations.
  • Inspire and guide site-level leadership teams to achieve optimal performance.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the assigned portfolio/region by preparing, analyzing, and reconciling payroll/billing reports, accounts receivable, and operational documentation; identify trends and areas for enhancement; communicate findings and implement necessary actions to rectify issues and ensure profitability. Manage overtime and direct labor to meet company standards, control unexpected costs, and maintain high account retention rates.
  • Enhance employee retention through open communication, timely responses to concerns, adequate training and support for site leaders and officers, mentorship, opportunities for growth, and fostering a culture of mutual respect.
  • Ensure all employees receive training in accordance with Admiral Standards, contract stipulations, and licensing authority requirements.
  • Verify that all employees maintain active security-related licenses and renew them as required by the jurisdiction.
  • Address disciplinary issues in line with company policies and procedures, collaborating with HR to promptly notify of any complaints regarding discrimination, harassment, or unfair labor practices.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with corporate teams, division teams, field personnel, clients, vendors, corporate partners, and community organizations.
  • Ensure post orders and related administrative documents are accurately created, maintained, and updated per company standards.
  • Oversee the proper use and maintenance of all equipment utilized at job sites.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Submit weekly performance reports.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients and employees as determined by company policy.
  • Facilitate prompt communication with clients.
  • Conduct monthly after-hours and weekend site visits as required.
  • Complete personnel action forms and other administrative tasks necessary for effective management and accountability within the region/portfolio.
  • Implement the quality assurance program for the region/portfolio, effectively utilizing and managing the company's enhanced operations engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's safety program and objectives within the region/portfolio.
  • Promote the Admiral brand as a trusted resource for clients and enhance brand awareness.
  • Build professional relationships with local law enforcement in each district where job sites are located.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and provide company-approved value-added services to clients.
  • Assist with business development initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in managing security operations is preferred. Military, law enforcement, or customer service management experience may be considered. Education may be taken into account in lieu of experience.
  • Must be flexible as the position requires on-call availability 24/7.
  • Complete all required training successfully.
  • Possess a reliable vehicle.
  • In accordance with applicable laws, a criminal background check, motor vehicle records check, and drug testing are required.
  • Internal candidates must have an exemplary performance and attendance record with no disciplinary actions within the year prior to applying for this position.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with the ability to operate and maintain company-required software programs.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude, lead effectively, and adapt to change.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, public-facing environment.
  • High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
