Job Description

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective customers to discuss our solutions and identify new sales opportunities
  • Conduct market research to develop warm leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Attend networking events, community events, and hearings to generate leads and build relationships
  • Utilize product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
  • Upsell additional products as needed
  • Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
  • Maintain a punctual and accurate pipeline of customers to ensure accurate forecasting
  • Communicate a consistent message and utilize approved marketing materials
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if candidate has previous sales experience
  • Experience with healthcare or finance is a plus
  • The ability to understand cost, pricing, and margins
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong phone presence
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people of all levels
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
