Business Development Representative

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers to discuss our solutions and identify new sales opportunities
- Conduct market research to develop warm leads and identify new business opportunities
- Attend networking events, community events, and hearings to generate leads and build relationships
- Utilize product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
- Upsell additional products as needed
- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
- Maintain a punctual and accurate pipeline of customers to ensure accurate forecasting
- Communicate a consistent message and utilize approved marketing materials
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if candidate has previous sales experience
- Experience with healthcare or finance is a plus
- The ability to understand cost, pricing, and margins
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong phone presence
- Ability to effectively communicate with people of all levels
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
